Candles just another spike in the lid of a cake called life

Strands of morality bind us to pretences of reality

While stranded in midair we reach for mirages of acceptance

The particles of life try to bind themselves together in sequence

Failing in fiction bare the true love and even so failure here is efficient

A world created by locks greed and some unknown monetary creed

Why do we feel we must become useless gears in a useless deed?

Sonnet

It’s honorable to think of our future

Generations’ welfare; forefront lobotomy

We need, let loose the fissure their

Existence pressing down, it crushes me.

Bleed, from me, peace of mind.

Rip the notion of joy from these hands.

Siphon a spirit, running wild.

Rend this dancing heart's vigor.

Let me love you.

Pulsating beneath cotton fibers,

Hidden desires run abound.

Omnipresent sound, pulsating,

Beats out my silent frustrations.

Sanguine condensation forms upon the cusp;

Blackened dreams etched in rust

Beg to break free from this machine.

And I - all of her

And she - all of me

Shining her stars

Swirling her seas

Making mud

Land and sea

Mud of man

Man of me

And all of us –a we

Gehenna

I. Fallen fast breeding Haborym's womb

II. In the towers of Gehenna's birthing tomb;

III. Force feed me the demon's tongue

IV. May the unholy spit wash my wrong.

The devil's dormant in my soul

I. Prophets slain under midnight eyes

II. Churning stomach spewing the skies;

III. We all know his name

IV. We all know his game.

The devil prevails in my soul

I had missed this room

And the sound of the rain

I had missed this room

And all of its dark corners

I had missed the nights

Resting in this bed

Old work horse...

Still pulling the chains,

passing it's own remnants of pains.

Blunt out into sonorous iron-shod steps,

resounding back and forth along ancient tracks...
