Haunted by my memories, by the things that didn’t last.
I try to run from the pain, but a spell of ruin upon me you have cast
To you I pledged my love, my heart you ripped out whole
As you watched me bleed I saw the blackness in your soul
I laid my body upon your alter and from my lips you drank
You ravaged upon my feast, giving more than I could take

I’m your nightmare
I am your dream
I excite and terrify you
I make you scream
Pain and pleasure all in one
Can you handle it
Or will you come undone
Your flesh hot, your body ignites
Your mind will explode with my ghoulish delights

The sound of silence is loud to me. Loneliness my lover. He keeps me wrapped up tight. I know I'm not his one and only. I know this and I'm alright. "You think I fear you?" I shouted, as he laughed in my face while I raged. "No, no my child." He said. "I laugh for I know I'm the only one who will be with you till you go to your grave!"

Maria, Maria full of grace. He wipes the smile off her face. With his hand front and hand back, he gives her lovely face a smack. Tears fall free and bruises rise, yet she faithfully stands by his side. Maria, Maria full of grace. A boot now takes the hands place. Broken ribs add to the tears. She cowers and stays even with her fears. Maria, Maria ...

Alone he worshipped at her feet.
Her heart he claimed.
Her thoughts did creep.
He protected her with a soldiers trot.
She possessed his body.
But it was his soul she sought.
He praised only her, turned others away.
Faithful he followed, not seeming to stray.
Choked by his love, him killed by her kiss.
A woman insane, her thoughts amiss.
Love him she tried, love him she can't.
With his heart ripped from his chest, beating in her hands
Only then did she feel she could dance.

Follow me. I'll follow you. One plus one equals two. A plug to a socket, a current runs thru. The call of the wild, avalanche starter. Glacier breaks, the horses charge. Magnets must pull to you. Your iron fillings never to get off I'm screwed. What’s the theory of the color of sound? Your answer a soundless dance. Sensuality and free expression foreplay in the mind it takes a stance...

You never see an eagle flirt with a dove
Blood has never been as thick as mud
Talons drip on white wings covered in mud
Killing is so much cleaner than love
Low brush strokes on a high rise sky
The predator in human cannot be disguised
Sometimes love falls, sometimes it dies
Killing is easier than love asking why

There is
a dripping.
Hot and thick,
the droplets
Peck at
my flesh
Like pigeons,
ravenous birds.

A live quiet
Lies in wait.
Anxious dead
Rise in place;
Graves breathe,
Heavily.
They come forth
Steadily,

She rejects his lukewarm touch;
It pulses with self doubt.
He is inadequate
And she is loved.
The steam disperses,
Cold sweat slides in.
He is shamed.
She is gone.

Take from my dreams,
Turn them to reality.
Betray these bipolar kings!
No more insanity!
Break necks as I fall.
Welcome to the prophecy
Of zanexes and adderalls;
Prescribe my hypocrisy
Because love is obscene.

we dip our feet in the water,
shrieking in fear at the monsters lurking
below the surface, faking laughter
at our own childishness, stirring up
God knows what monstrosities
that live in the murky, fetid depths of the sea
and our imaginations.
