Walking with Giants

I remember walking with giants in the Redwoods the marriage of a dirt path and dirt road two trials side by side that found each other just like my father and I side by side among the giants kicking the dirt around with our feet while walking no where slow. Remembering the smell of what seems now like ancient days.

Am I missing something?  Why are President Barack Obama’s recommendations on former President Bush’s tax cuts being bantered back and forth between Democrats and Republicans as though there is a conflict?  Let me solve it for them.

She just stared at him blinking. She was shocked and speechless for a moment. He repeated himself again "You shouldn't fall for me. I'm not a nice guy." She could not believe the sincerity in his voice. She had to regain control and had to do it quickly. She replied she wouldn't and then threw in he shouldn't fall for her either. That was just for good measure.

3:00 a.m. Splash down into consciousness. First order of business brush the scum off mouth and off those dreams.  Temper the tungsten tongue for another whiz-bang day lock and load the factory installed interactive feature (kindness). Check digital manipulation works great.

Just about  six weeks ago my son's Grandpa passed away.  I had known the man for almost nine years. He was as grumpy as they get and stubborn too. I came to the realization that this is how he is so I came to accept who he was  and try not to be biased.
