I once was a child, I am not anymore

Dreams, hopes, who knows what is in store

I have written my own life

In it I was a man and a wife.

The Cat and the Fiddle,

The cow jumped over the room.

The little dog darted

To see such DUST!

And the spoon took a broom

And the fork tidied the room

With a ZOOM!

Peering through plate glass at a puzzling view,

In the midst of hot coffee’s morning ritual brew.

Staring out with amazement and wonderfully struck,

By our Cherry Tree’s overnight sensation run amuck!

With a pretty little life in my hands, no pain can get me down

Being a mother makes me feel like a queen with a priceless crown

Not in this worl, not after that, I am sure I won't find a thing

That would replace my love for you and the joy to me you bring

The only thing that helps me see,

Shine, Candle.

Make your light known to others

Who need your flame more than I.

For I now can see the path ahead

And you have made it bright.

We strolled those naive shores of youth

A twenty toes dip in ponds of love and fortitude

While our bodies firm in sweat and scented wet

We were blind to the eventual castings of regress

Everything’s gone foggy soggy or lost

The only wet left is tears of fallen frost

Ancient searing mist beats us down

With times watch, her fist, then her crown

Wonder Phenomenon Yeah…

A miracle,

It’s hard to think…like walking on a cloud,

Seems a creepy wish when I stands on a ground,

I aint see any feather at my shoulder,

…but feeling like am flyin’

WIND

One moment a howling

Between forest and field,

Wind’s next moment bowing

Gentle feathers it wields.

Invisible shape and distinctness of scale

Wind answers to far more than only one name,

Typhoon or Cyclone, Tempest gust, Arctic gale

Moving the clouds aloft with little acclaim.

Harbor to winds that warm the Chinook

Wafting gently across moist Zephyrs,

Stirring waves untamed by grapple or hook

Tossing boats with ease and good measure.

Sometimes gusty and pure cold

Or the heat inside twisters,

By land and sea wind is bold

Oft raising blight or blister.

Power for sails or massive windmills

Making turns in the night and by day,

Wind remains hopelessly homelessly chilled

Constant churn keeping true rest at bay.

Winds have no real home or place to be boss

Solar winds in deep space, Greek Mistral—nature’s broom.

High swirling clouds—hurricane is aloft

African Sirocco, Arabian Simoom.

Tornado winds reach, winding down from above

Crossing flat plains, massive destruction they cause.

Wind shares in the draught and quite often will shove

White caps cross the seas to no Sailor applause.

Wind is a whisper between lovers and friends

Or violent blasts causing many to flee.

Wind may be broken to laughter—it depends,

Or angrily redressed many would agree.

Wind is enormous power and great force

Around every day for our unique use,

Invisible—merely harnessed by Norse,

Wind will forever remain on the loose.

I often wonder, do thoughts escape at event horizon?

Or, do the lights just switch off, provided you cease to be?

Controversially, consciousness has proven it's limitation rests not with the skull;

I am very concerned, considering my trust lies not with a Higher Power,
