I’d like to know:
What are you doing-
You’ve watched the show
And decided you’re losing
So used to hearing negatives and no
You’ve spent your whole life proving
Earning more value than you’ve been told
Then settling for less being tired of moving

Im mad at myself for feeling this feel that I feel
And mad that these feelings translate into
Something other than real
Its really not a big deal I tell myself

Into madness wipe away any joy or gladness

One by one

There isn't another village for miles
Miles away
Miles Davis plays in my mind
Mindful of the scorching sun

I can't abide this rat race life
Brake into my neighbor's

Steal his old machine gun
